Privacy policy.

The short version: I collect as little as I can, I use it only to do the thing you asked for, and I never sell it.

Who I am

This site is run by Ben Iqra (Benjamin Lewis), based in the United Kingdom. I am the person responsible for any personal information collected through beniqra.com. If you have a question about any of it, email me at benjamin@beniqra.com.

What I collect, and why

The waitlist. If you join the waitlist, I collect your email address so I can contact you when a place opens up. The form is run by Kit (kit.com), which stores the list for me.

The content audit. If you book an audit, I collect what you give me in the intake form: your name, email, social media handles, your answers, and the analytics screenshots you upload. I use it to produce your audit and for nothing else. The form is run by Tally (tally.so).

Emails you send me. If you email me, I keep the conversation so I can reply and keep a record of what we agreed.

Basic technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. I do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

What I never do

I do not sell your information, I do not share it with anyone for their marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

Who else handles it

The only companies that touch your information are the ones that run the tools above: Kit (waitlist), Tally (intake form), Google Workspace (email and file storage) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each acts on my instructions and has its own privacy policy. Some of them store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long I keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link. Audit information is kept for up to 12 months after your audit is delivered, in case you come back with follow-up questions, and then deleted. Business records I am legally required to keep, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop using it. Email benjamin@beniqra.com and I will deal with it within one month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

For my existing clients: the YouTube reporting tool

This section only matters if you are already a client and you have added me as an editor or manager on your YouTube channel. If you are a visitor, on the waitlist, or an audit customer, it does not apply to you. I cannot see anyone's YouTube analytics unless they have given me access to their channel themselves, inside YouTube Studio.

For my own channels and those client channels, I use a private tool, listed with Google as "Claude YouTube", to pull the same numbers I can already see in YouTube Studio into my client reports. I am the only person who uses it. It is not offered to the public.

What it reads. Channel and video details and YouTube Analytics reports, such as views, watch time and audience retention. Access is read-only: it cannot upload, edit or delete anything.

How the data is used. Only to report on and improve the performance of a channel for the client who owns it. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone other than that client.

How it is stored. Sign-in tokens are stored on my own computer and nowhere else. A client can end the access at any time by removing my permissions in YouTube Studio.

The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this page

If I change how I handle information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
